Fitness Coach

Cheryl Sanford-Givens' interest in health and fitness began over 20 years ago. She is a physical therapist with 30 years of experience. Cheryl previously has taught kickboxing. Her fitness interests include HIIT, Olympic weightlifting, TRX suspension training, and kickboxing. Currently,  she holds a Level 1 Cross-fit certification as well as a TRX 1 Suspension Training certification. She is married and has three children. Loves to read, play tennis and travel.
